I’m D LeD (Darla LeDoux), transformational business coach and retreat alchemist.
Like you, I’ve been on the path of remembering who I came here to be for some time. (16 years in business as an energy-first business coach and retreat leader.)
The younger me would not have imagined that the life I’ve created was possible for ‘someone like me.’
In my childhood, I experienced a lot of moving around, unsafe environments, and people who were actively sweeping the truth under the rug.
I launched into adulthood with a penchant to prove myself and a desire to have enough money that I could control my personal environment. So I followed the fastest path to cash and became an engineer. (Chemical, ‘because it was the hardest.’)
I wasn’t taught that I could hear and discern what was true for me, or that it mattered.
When I was introduced to the world of transformation, I discovered I could stop proving and start following where love, light, and freedom were leading me – and trust that success would follow.
WHY UNCLOAKED?
There is a collective initiation happening right now. Source guided me to have a conversation about freeing our light. We are to stop focusing our attention on the darkness.
And I’m being initiated right now, and I know I am not alone.
I started my business in 2009. Each transformation I experienced caused my business to grow.
I coached thousands of clients in my programs, I wrote two bestselling books on the business of transformation, earned millions of dollars in revenue, and I had a lot of fun in the process.
Then the next initiation began.
I began to experience the things I’ve written about on this page, the things you may also be experiencing right now. Slow sales. Boredom. Cancelled programs. Guilt.
In this process, I’ve come face-to-face with my fear that who I am is more than others can handle, and that my true self won’t ever belong.

Is there a ‘right’ level of business for me to be at to make the most of this virtual retreat?
I’ve designed this virtual retreat for the entrepreneur with an established business who knows something is shifting. Examples and stories will reflect that. That said, the exercises work at every level of your business journey. Trust your divine guidance about whether this is for you.
My work isn’t spiritual. Is this OK for me to attend?
That depends! Many of my clients operate their business by following personal and energetic principles (or want to), but they don’t talk about that with their clients in any way. If that is you, you’ll love the experience. If you have a purely practical business, and you yourself don’t believe in divine or energetic guidance, then you won’t have much fun here!

Absolutely. Concepts and lingo get introduced to us at different times, and identifying as a specific moniker isn’t what’s important – what matters is, do you resonate with this page? With me? I remember when I first heard the term lightworker, I had no idea what it meant, really, but I knew I was one. Take what resonates.

Hey, thanks for asking! Is there such a thing? 😉 I am known for making energetic concepts practical and tangible, and guiding us to start with our energy first, clean it up, and use all that newly freed energy to create results in the physical world. I love this process. We will definitely go woo… but always in the context of your grounded intention.
