How I Created My First Six-Figure Marketing Campaign

In today’s Shift the Field TV episode, I share my personal story of how I created my first six-figure marketing campaign. In this Transformational Storytime, I take you back to when I was living in Denver and practicing living a life of abundance.

I had an assistant for the first time, loved the place I had leased, and was living that CEO life. But something still felt crunchy. It wasn’t until I found myself sobbing in the parking lot of a doggy daycare that I realized what was running through my head – who was I to do any of that? Who was I to have an assistant? Who was I to have an amazing place to live?

With support, I uncovered my cycle of proving and Old Tired Path and then shifted my field, which led to a sold-out program and my first six figures.

Hear the whole story on my YouTube channel, Shift the Field TV, in “How I Created My First Six-Figure Marketing Campaign.” This is part of my playlist, Transformational Storytime, where I share my stories of transformation that have brought me here today.

In this week’s YouTube video, I share an exercise to help you hone your Clarity Point. What is your Clarity Point? Your Clarity Point is put simply, the thing you know for sure.

As transformational leaders and coaches, sometimes it can be hard to describe who you are and what you do.

When you have internal clarity on both, you can easily determine if you are aligned with your work and your clients’ needs.

This week, in my video “What is Your Clarity Point?” on Shift the Field TV,  I offer a transformational tool and exercise to help you understand your Clarity Point and how to use it as the backbone of your business and your brand.

After you finish the exercise, I invite you to share your Clarity Point on my YouTube Channel, Shift the Field TV! Don’t forget to like, subscribe, and help us spread the word and share this tool with other transformational leaders.

What Does Holding Space Really Mean?

What Does Holding Space Really Mean?

As transformational leaders and coaches, we often hear and use the term “holding space.” But what does it mean? In this week’s YouTube video, I discuss how I use it, what it is, and what it is not.

Sometimes coaches are misguided into thinking holding space is taking on all their client’s burdens and to alleviate acute pain.

While this concept is beautiful, it does not support our goal as transformational leaders and coaches.

Our goal is to support our clients with complete nonjudgment and love and guide them to see a hidden truth to create a new awareness that permanently shifts how we show up and interact with life.

Hear my thoughts on this important phase in the Anatomy of a Transformation – Receiving Truth and our role within that process in this week’s YouTube video on Shift the Field TV, “What Does Holding Space Really Mean?”

We invite you to be part of our journey to inspire more people to live and manage their businesses based on Sourced energy. Subscribing and sharing our video can help us reach a larger audience!

A Fresh and New Way to Lead and why hustling isn’t sexy or sustainable

In this week’s YouTube video, I sat down with Wendy Lee of LeadHERship Revolution and riffed on her idea of a new and fresh way to lead and why hustling isn’t sexy or sustainable.  Watch the full video, A New and Fresh way to Lead, and why hustling isn’t sexy or sustainable, on my YouTube channel, Shift the Field TV.

Wendy began her transformational journey while still working in the Human Resources industry. She brought all she learned about transformation into her work and started relating to people differently. She became more vulnerable intentionally, and the new exchange of compassion she experienced made her realize that if she remained in corporate, she would be limited by rules and regulations and unable to express herself fully.

Learn more about Wendy, LeadHERship Revolution, and how being vulnerable can be an advantage on my YouTube channel, Shift the Field TV. In the video description, you can also download her free guide, Embracing Your Vulnerability Advantage for ten surprising benefits of connecting with your vulnerability.
