Believe Yourself Receive From Source

Believe Yourself Receive From Source

Believe Yourself Receive From Source

Believe yourself, receive from Source. What do I mean by that? This is one of our favorite mantras here at Sourced, and it means the more you trust how your inner knowing works (God, the universe, whatever you believe), the more information, guidance, and support you will have the capacity to receive. Don’t forget! Source has your back!

Source is here to support you in moving toward your greatest expression and soul alignment on this planet. But sometimes, we forget and shut down our divine guidance. The main culprit for this – self-criticism. It’s the thought that I must be crazy to know that, to think that, to want that, and most of all – what if I’m wrong?

Find out how to trust your inner knowing more and receive everything offered in this week’s Shift the Field TV episode, “Believe Yourself, Receive from Source.”

The Conflict is the Transformation

The Conflict is the Transformation

The Conflict is the Transformation

In this week’s Shift the Field TV episode, I dive into sales conversations and how when you are in one with a potential client, a conflict will inevitably arise. At Sourced, we use a yes-first approach in conversations like this, meaning we want our future clients to commit to transformation BEFORE working with us.

Eventually, they will find something (time, money, spouse/partner, prior commitments) that could stop them from working with you. When this happens, consider it an invitation to explore what is actually getting in the way, and do not be discouraged. What is the conflict? The conflict gives you a good amount of information to continue the conversation.

Being Loyal to Your Own Heart

Being Loyal to Your Own Heart

Being Loyal to Your Own Heart

Do you remain loyal to your heart above all else? I am committed to following Source in my decisions, yet I was conditioned to put other people’s needs or desires over my own. Earlier this year, I found myself being loyal to other people over remaining loyal to my own heart and value system.

And I knew why it was so difficult to name and realign – because that meant I would have to have hard conversations that didn’t necessarily have a “right” or “wrong” but rather “this is how I want it.”

In this week’s video, “Being Loyal to Your Own Heart,” I give you full permission to create a workplace that is fun and alive for you, above all else. Find out how to remain loyal to your heart as you create the business of your dreams on my YouTube Channel, Shift the Field TV.

Has logic had its day?

Has logic had its day?

Has logic had its day? In this week’s episode of Shift the Field TV, I discuss how using your Magic when working with your clients is more efficient and effective, but you must take the leap, trust your inner knowing, and sometimes work beyond logic.

If you’re reading this, you likely know that I am a recovering engineer, and early in my life, I was conditioned to be logical, find the answer, and “tone down” my soft skills, or my magic, because they would only get me so far.

I am here to tell you that is not the case! Watch “Has Logic Had Its Day?” to hear my journey from an unlikely advocate for transformation to someone who relies on a person’s or situation’s energetic essence above anything logically sound.
