Have You Outstructured Your Magic?

It’s Transformational Storytime! I believe in transforming out loud, so I want to share a deep insight I gained from my recent event, Shift the Field Live. I had a strange experience during this virtual retreat regarding timing that revealed a truth that had been hidden from my view.

I have hosted over 100 retreats as a coach, and when you host one virtually, it can feel like a different animal. I had these rules in my head about timing for this event that I don’t necessarily have when it’s held in person. There were wires crossed among my team that put the timing off by about 12 minutes. It was something tiny but brought a funky energy that I didn’t like. Through my training, experience, and practice, I also knew that there was more to it and that something was being revealed.

Find out what happened next, what I have learned, and what to do when you find your intuition and structure are at odds in this week’s Shift the Field TV episode, Have You Outstructured Your Magic?

In this week’s Shift the Field TV episode, I share my reflections on our latest Shift the Field Live. I have been gathering feedback and honing in on what transformational leaders need right now.

One of the most common questions asked during Shift the Field Live was How do I talk about my magic? How do I create a message that communicates to others the magic that I do?

What I realized is that we are asking the wrong question. To find out what we need to focus on as transformational leaders, visit my YouTube channel, Shift the Field TV, and watch this week’s episode, “Back to Basics to Build Your Business.”

I am delighted to share a snippet of our Shift the Field Live event, where I shared the Five Paradigms of a Sourced Leader. These are what we anchor ourselves back to as transformational leaders. Ashlie says they are a way to “true ourselves up”.

You will also find in this episode of Shift the Field TV a solid example of a transformational model of leadership as well as a teaching on healthy compassion that I’ve never taught before!

Watch “The Five Paradigms of a Sourced Leader” on my YouTube Channel, Shift the Field TV, and let me know which of the five paradigms resonates with you most.

Transformational Storytelling

Transformational storytelling is critical when marketing your business if you are a coach, consultant, creative, healer, or entrepreneur. In our line of work, it is sometimes challenging to explain what we do. That is why it is so important to be able to tell a story that demonstrates the transformation you are offering.

When working with clients to develop their stories, I use the Anatomy of a Transformation as a framework that shows a definitive shift of field and creates a space for clients to see themselves in the story and imagine their potential transformation

Find out how to develop a story that has an impact and converts in this week’s episode of Shift the Field TV, “Transformational Storytelling.”

Believe Yourself Receive From Source

Believe Yourself Receive From Source

Believe yourself, receive from Source. What do I mean by that? This is one of our favorite mantras here at Sourced, and it means the more you trust how your inner knowing works (God, the universe, whatever you believe), the more information, guidance, and support you will have the capacity to receive. Don’t forget! Source has your back!

Source is here to support you in moving toward your greatest expression and soul alignment on this planet. But sometimes, we forget and shut down our divine guidance. The main culprit for this – self-criticism. It’s the thought that I must be crazy to know that, to think that, to want that, and most of all – what if I’m wrong?

Find out how to trust your inner knowing more and receive everything offered in this week’s Shift the Field TV episode, “Believe Yourself, Receive from Source.”

The Conflict is the Transformation

The Conflict is the Transformation

In this week’s Shift the Field TV episode, I dive into sales conversations and how when you are in one with a potential client, a conflict will inevitably arise. At Sourced, we use a yes-first approach in conversations like this, meaning we want our future clients to commit to transformation BEFORE working with us.

Eventually, they will find something (time, money, spouse/partner, prior commitments) that could stop them from working with you. When this happens, consider it an invitation to explore what is actually getting in the way, and do not be discouraged. What is the conflict? The conflict gives you a good amount of information to continue the conversation.
